im not bashing this guy, but what does ABUHHH mean? and why get it as your plate?

In the 3rd austin powers movie, DR. Evil zooms in on the mole’s mole. When he does this he says “ABUHHH” and it kind of took on a sound that people say when somebody says something stupid, or just a comedic response to a dumb question or confusion.
