slowcooked 9 hours – chuckroast

i had a couple seasoning packets from lipton, some garlic pepper, and somechef paul seasoning.  I put that with a couple pounds of chuckroast and some diced onions and green peppers.  *i sliced open the pieces of chuckroast and put some onions and peppers in the middle before I wrapped the deal with bacon and let it sit in the fridge overnight…

the next day i cut up some potatoes, threw everything in the slowcooker/crockpot for about 9 hours. (potatoes on the bottom!).  tasted fantastic, i forgot to take pictures of the final product.
